Our Vision

At Resonate Sedona, our belief is that everyone can achieve an optimal state of mental health and wellness. We believe in a holistic approach to psychotherapy that incorporates both mind and body by fusing traditional talk psychotherapy with modern somatic approaches such as Brainspotting, EFT Trapping and Mindfulness. We affirm the healing power of nurturing a connection to nature and spending time in nature as a regular self-care practice. We believe that spirituality and spiritual practice are an integral part of mental health and invite you to incorporate your spirituality and spiritual practice into your treatment.

We also acknowledge the many demands and stressors of living in the modern world and how they negatively impact your mental health. We recognize the high prevalence of trauma in our society and aim to serve our communities in the capacity of reducing the incidence of  interpersonal, institutional and intergenerational trauma. We are diversity affirming and wish to send the message that any and all humans are welcome at Resonate Sedona.

We also recognize that the cost of mental health treatment is expensive and may not be easy to afford for everyone. We have a goal of fund-raising to offer the same high quality mental health services from seasoned professionals to marginalized and vulnerable populations such as indigenous groups, low-income families or veterans diagnosed with PTSD for no or low cost. We hope to begin this project by the end of 2025. Our long term goal which we hope to manifest in the next 5 years is a fully staffed Center For Nature Informed Therapy here in Sedona that serves marginalized populations solely on grants and scholarships. Sedona is the perfect place to launch this amazing project and we believe it could benefit the lives of hundreds or even thousands of people. We are so honored to serve you.
